The Future of Service Business
Rapid technological change has made customer experience the most important thing to focus on.
90% of human decision-making is subconscious.
AI can give knowledge at an amazing speed, but it can’t make your customer have a great service experience.
Neuroscience, in many studies, has proven to us how emotion impacts choices. 90% of human decision-making is subconscious, with 70% based on emotional elements rather than rational factors.
Emotional connection is not a “nice to have.” It’s the motivating force behind human experience and decision-making.

Build: Co-create a scenario. What does your business model look like once the megatrend(s) has fully played out?

“Momentum Design was born out of a passion for experiences. Our secret sauce isn’t AI and automations. It’s endless curiosity paired with a stubborn refusal to take anything as it is. Fold in a decade of cross-industry experience, and you get work that looks effortless but holds emotions, creativity, and sweat behind it.”
