During the Scenario Work with Epics® workshop, you and your team will build a future scenario around one-to-two current megatrends with Epics®.*

Three steps, one session:

  1. Filter: Surface the megatrends shifting the assumptions your business rests on. Pick the one-to-two that matters most right now.

  2. Build: Co-create a scenario. What does your business model look like once the megatrend(s) has fully played out?

  3. Decide: Capture the output on the spot. Name the strategic implications. Leave with one next step that everyone owns.

The workshop is designed to be a full-day, 6-hour strategic workshop for 3 to 12 persons.

For the investment of 5100€, your team will shape and visit a personalized future scenario, facilitated by a professional futures designer.

You will get a concrete, shared vision and strategy to move forward. To share the results and the discussions, you will get photos of your scenarios and the process.
